A local move is charged by the hour, based on the truck and crew size your home needs — see the rate matrix on the homepage for exact numbers. Every move gets a written estimate before you book, and a three-hour minimum applies.
Before move day, we confirm access details that actually change how long a move takes: stairs, elevator booking windows, loading-dock rules, visitor parking and walk distance from the truck to the door. That planning happens up front, not worked out live on move day.

Studios and most one and two-bedroom homes fit a 3-ton truck. Larger two and three-bedroom homes, townhomes and houses usually need the 5-ton. Tell us your bedroom count and access details and we will recommend a combination.
Yes — apartment and condo moves are most of what we do. Tell us both buildings and we will confirm elevator, loading-dock and visitor-parking details on each end.
Tell us about it when you book — a piano or other heavy, awkward item usually just means confirming the right crew size and equipment ahead of time, not a separate service.
